The Town of Newmarket takes traffic safety seriously. That's why Town's Transportation Services investigates, analyzes and implements various traffic control measures to increase safety and decrease congestion on Newmarket's roads.
This process combines three elements - Education, Enforcement and Engineering along with the Town's Safety Mascot, Safety Cone Sam.
