Notice is hereby given that the Town of Newmarket will dispose of Town land that was declared surplus by Council on November 20, 2023.
The Town land is legally described as Part of PT BLK N PL 4A NEWMARKET, designated as Parts 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 on Reference Plan 65R-41069, Town of Newmarket, Regional Municipality of York. The land is located immediately north and south of the location of the property municipally located at 352 Doug Duncan Drive, Newmarket. Below is copy of Reference Plan identifying the Town land in Parts 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5.
The Town land is being transferred to 5018206 Ontario Inc. under an agreement of purchase and sale between the Corporation of the Town of Newmarket and 5018206 Ontario Inc.
